Welcome on the website of the ‘Netherlands AgriBusiness Support Office' (NABSO) in Kunming, the capital of the province Yunnan in the southwest of the People's Republic of China.

NABSO Kunming is an initiative of the Dutch Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food quality and has been established in close cooperation with the Dutch Agribusiness-sector and the Chinese authorities.
The mission of NABSO Kunming is to support and promote the Dutch agri-sector in China, Vietnam and Thailand in general and the floricultural sector in particular. To realise this mission, NABSO organises a broad range of activities, among which seminars, Holland pavilions at large floricultural fairs, trade missions and matchmaking-activities.
The work area of NABSO Kunming covers whole China and the office also organises, because of the geografical location Kunming, activities in Thailand and Vietnam. In these countries NABSO closely cooperates with the LNV counsellor in Bangkok.
27 Dutch companies have organised themselves as stakeholders of NABSO. This means that they conduct business activities in China, Thailand and/or Vietnam and they can benefit from the support of NABSO Kunming. The stakeholders have formulated their activities and requested NABSO support in brief workplans, which constitute the fundament for the activities of NABSO Kunming.
